Register your knitwear and should you ever need to, Slaith will offer you a full knitwear refreshment to make it as good as new. Naturally, if the garment has not been washed or cared for as per our care instructions, this may not be possible. For example, it is often difficult to undo the damage caused by the harmful chemicals in certain, non-recommended washing powders.
While we may also be able to repair holes, these would need repairing at our knitting factory and would incur a further charge. On arrival, we will carry out a full assessment on your garment and then contact you to discuss the available options.

Please notify us via the ‘contact us’ section that your garment has been sent, (quoting your reference number) so that we can anticipate its arrival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SLAITH REFRESH SERVICE.
Whilst we are able to refresh the vast majority of garments sent to us, it is impossible to refresh garments which are too far worn or damaged for whatever reason. We would contact you to notify you of any problems prior to the refresh process. The charge for the Refresh process is £25 plus P&P.
